Unofficial Update Installation Instructions:

1) Open which folder you want to install (Original/Unofficial Update)

2) Copy/Paste Contents of either folder into your Duke Nukem Forever's Main Directory.

3) Overwrite files (It's ok, you have the backups).

4) Enjoy.

P.S. If you experience any issues with files or the game not starting, please verify the integrity of your Steam cache via the Steam options.
